International Guest Doctors
A solution for the need for specialist medical personnel?
The recruitment of international guest doctors is often seen by German clinics as a temporary solution to help in those areas in which there are physician shortages. The requirements presented by state examination boards, governmental emploment agencies, immigration authorities and embassies can present both the candiate physicians and the medical facilities with extremtly tough obstacles. In order to smoothly navigate the process and other problems that may emerge, such as language learning, unsatisfactory qualificiation, and cultural understanding, can be impossible to navigate without professional support.
